Shipping policy

At krudes kreations, we carefully package and ship every order to ensure it arrives safely. Below are our shipping guidelines and policies:

Processing Time

  • Some items are made to order, and production time varies based on the complexity of the item. Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days after payment is processed.
  • Custom or large orders may require additional time, and we will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to provide cost effective delivery.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S. and 7-14 business days to Canada.
  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping starts at $4.90 per order and is calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Tracking & Lost Packages

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • krudes kreations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to USPS. If an issue arises, please contact USPS directly.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

Shipping to Canada

  • We currently ship to Canada only outside of the U.S.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by Canada.
  • Delivery times vary and may take 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses & Returns to Sender

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees for reshipment.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can resend it, but additional shipping fees will apply.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or partial refund if necessary.
