Refund policy

At krudes kreations, every item we offer—whether 3D printed, laser cut/engraved, or handmade— is created with care. Because many of our products are custom, made-to-order, or crafted in small batches, the following policies apply:

Returns & Refunds

Custom, Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

This includes 3D prints, laser-engraved pieces, customized craft items, and any personalized order.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, or color/size misunderstandings.
  • Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

Non-custom, ready-made products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item—3D printed, laser cut, engraved, or crafted—arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • After this period, production may have started, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Minor imperfections such as layer lines, small artifacts, wood grain variations, or color shifts, which are normal in handmade/3D-printed/laser-crafted items
  • Items that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or exposed to heat/water
  • Custom or personalized products of any type
  • Items from clearance or final sale categories

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged after being handed off to the carrier.
  • Any issues due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the buyer’s responsibility, including reshipment costs.
  • If your package is marked delivered but missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
